This role combines health coaching (full NHS-accredited training provided) with employment support. You’ll work with participants one-to-one, helping them improve their wellbeing, build confidence, develop CVs, prepare for interviews, and explore job opportunities. You’ll also work alongside healthcare professionals and employers to remove barriers and promote inclusive workplaces.
