Overview

Job Title: Graduate Air Human Factors Engineer
Location: Warton/Samlesbury (Lancashire)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

Responsibilities
  • Human Factors (HF) engineers support the end-to-end design and development of our systems and services through the application of scientific knowledge and experience.
  • Our aim is to optimise the interaction between the system and the end users enabling them to achieve their mission effectively and efficiently.
  • You’ll be part of our team of HF practitioners working across a variety of crewed and un-crewed platforms gathering assessment data, supporting the analysis and helping to document the results.
  • You’ll work with engineers from other areas of the business and gain a broad understanding of challenges of complex integrated Air systems.

Qualification requirements

As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either Human Factors, Ergonomics, Engineering Product Design, UX, Psychology or STEM subject.
