We’re looking for a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our growing team in Peterborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands‑on site experience, develop technical skills, and contribute to meaningful projects across the UK. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers on a variety of ground investigation projects, while receiving full training and mentoring to help you build your career in geotechnical consulting.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting ground investigation projects both on‑site and in the office
  • Logging soil and rock samples to industry standards
  • Supervising drilling rigs, trial pits, and in‑situ testing
  • Gathering data for geotechnical and environmental assessments
  • Contributing to factual and interpretative reports
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and the wider project team
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Earth Sciences or similar
  • Strong interest in ground investigation and site work
  • Willingness to travel and work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Full UK driving licence
