A leading construction firm is seeking a Graduate Digital Construction Coordinator for their Construction team based at HMP Glasgow. This permanent, full-time role offers practical experience in digital construction, with a starting salary of £30,000 and the potential to grow to £38,000 post-program. Ideal candidates will be graduates in relevant fields with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for technology.

Location: HMP Glasgow with flexibility to travel/relocate across the region
Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum + Car Allowance & relocation package (on some contracts)
Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to a Digital Construction Coordinator role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k
Starting date: September 2026

As a Graduate Digital Construction Coordinator, you'll be working within the Construction team supporting a variety of digitally enabled projects across varying sectors. The role sits within our Digital Construction function and will focus on enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in use. The candidate will be aware of the information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry/Kier standards and helping to deliver against client requirements.
The successful candidate will report ongoing progress and highlight any risk to the project team and/or their line manager to ensure support is given to achieve accelerated and consistent adoption of digital construction techniques.
We're looking for people due to graduate in 2026, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Construction Management / Architecture / Structural Engineer / Building Services or a related field.
