A leading education agency in Manchester is seeking a Graduate Behaviour Mentor to support students with behavioural needs. The role requires a confident and empathetic graduate, preferably with a degree in psychology. You will work closely with teachers and parents to monitor student progress and build strong relationships. This is a long-term, paid position within an outstanding secondary school, providing critical school-based experience.

Graduate Behaviour Mentor - Manchester - Start ASAP

This is a long‑term opportunity ideal for a graduate looking to gain school‑based experience prior to further study.

Graduate Behaviour Mentor - the role

  • Based in Manchester
  • Support pupils with behaviour needs
  • Work closely with parents, teachers and senior leaders
  • Build excellent relationships with students
  • Be a vital role model
  • Track and monitor data such as attendance, progress and more

  • Long term position - Paid £105-£120 per day
  • Work Monday - Friday school hours, term time only
  • DBS check required, safeguarding training provided
Graduate Behaviour Mentor - Requirements
  • Degree 2:2 or above, ideally psychology but any subject considered
  • Confident and empathetic
  • Firm but fair approach with pupils
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students
