About You

We're looking for a highly motivated graduate with strong written communication skills and an appetite for working in a fast‑paced, intellectually stimulating environment.

Essential

• Degree (2:1 or above) in a STEM subject or similar
• Degree from a top UK university or an international equivalent
• High A‑level grades (or international equivalent)
• Strong, clear writing skills suitable for different audiences
• Excellent organisation, planning, and attention to detail
• Able to work across multiple teams and manage competing deadlines
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment
• Must have completed some form of bid/proposal writing – through university work, competitions, projects, or an internship
• Happy working in fast paced environment

Highly Beneficial (but not essential)

• Some understanding of RFPs, tender processes, or structured proposals
• Exposure to AI concepts, data, or emerging technologies
• Basic coding knowledge (any language)
• Some understanding of sales or the sales cycle

• Supporting the full proposal and RFP lifecycle

• Collaborating with Product, Technical, and Legal teams to gather accurate inputs
• Drafting, editing, and refining high‑quality AI‑focused proposals
