A community healthcare provider in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee operations and lead a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare management, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. Responsibilities include managing finances, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Candidates should value person-centered care and be able to drive digital innovation. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience.
We are looking for an experienced, values-driven manager to join us as a core member of our leadership team, working closely with the GP partners.
This is a pivotal role. You'll have the space and trust to lead the operational side of the practice, turn strategy into reality, and help shape how the practice develops in the years ahead.
