Responsibilities

• Support clinical pharmacists and technicians in the pharmacy team.
• Provide administrative duties including emails and phone calls.
• Expedite prescriptions to ensure a safe service.
• Assess and signpost queries to relevant clinicians.
• Assist clinicians with document workflows for medication management.
• Involvement with chronic disease management.
