The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Operations Associate to join our team. Your mission is to provide members and guests with exceptional service and hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a 5‑star experience.

You will support the Golf Sales Executive in upselling to golf events, coordinate corporate and society golf days, and assist with the smooth day‑to‑day running of golf operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to all golfers and guests.
• Assist in selling golf events and upselling extras.
• Coordinate golf days from start to finish, including preparation, execution, and follow‑up.
• Support retail, membership, and outside operations.
• Manage the booking system and maintain accurate records.
• Report on rounds of golf, residential revenues, and corporate revenues.
