Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the Union Customs Code and UK customs legislation.
• Familiarity with the UK Export Control Order and ECJU practices.
• Understanding of the EU Dual-Use Regulation and UK/EU sanctions frameworks.

• Developing, implementing, and enhancing a risk-based compliance framework.
• Overseeing end-to-end customs compliance for imports and exports.
