Qualifications

• Approximately three years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent, HR, or related fields.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified or willing to pursue.
• Strong project management skills and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and delivery of Talent Development programmes.
• Analyse feedback to identify trends for programme improvement.
• Develop quarterly budget reports for team review.
