Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispatch shipments quickly and cost-effectively.
• Liaise with internal teams, customers, and agents to streamline shipping processes.
• Take ownership of shipment status and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Work with external agencies for customs and shipping.
• Handle documentation for customs compliance.
• Book shipments, prepare invoices, and maintain records.
• Provide specialist shipping advice across departments.
• Support the Shipping Team Leader as needed.
