This role plays a crucial part in driving innovation across the product life cycle, from new product implementation to end-of-life strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a product portfolio strategy to enhance brand positioning
• Create product roadmaps based on market insights to unlock growth and differentiation
• Define pricing strategies and support their execution to achieve revenue goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product management processes
• Support competitor monitoring and apply insights to strengthen market positioning
• Drive communication of product value propositions through various channels

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management and Marketing in the semiconductor or similar complex technology
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor (or similar) products, applications, and markets
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and drive successful negotiations
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and talent growth
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
