Responsibilities :
  • Direct and lead a team of safety leads, scientists, senior management and relevant governing bodies in safety evidence generation, risk management and more.
  • Develop strong strategies for global medical safety in line with companies goals.
  • Be the 'face' of the companies Global Medical Safety function, both internal an external.
  • Lead interactions with health authorities.
  • Lead efforts to advance the Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance discipline, ensuring adherence to the highest quality and ethical standards,
Requirements :
  • Degree as Medical Doctor or PhD within Life Science
  • 10-15+ years’ pharma experience within Patient Safety & Pharmacovigilance
  • Extensive people leadership experience with a successful track record in setting strategic direction.
  • Experience with supporting teams in regulatory interactions.
  • Experience with global filings in US, EU, Japan and China
  • Experience in neuroscience.
