Key Responsibilities:

1. Close sales with ultra and high-net-worth individuals seeking membership.

2. Assist clients in selecting the most suitable membership options based on their preferences and objectives.

3. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their membership journey.

4. Pre-screen membership applicants and nurture warm leads to expand the client base.

5. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

6. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding market reach.

7. Monitor and follow up on closed sales to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Awareness of the importance of close and nurturing relationships.
  • Strong desire to help clients find their life partners coupled with a motivation to earn high commissions and salaries.
  • Experience in successful luxury service/product sales, financial sales, or related fields preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build empathy, listen actively, and understand clients' needs and preferences.
  • Emotional stability, self-control, patience, and problem-solving skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote and flexible environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
