- Demonstratable applied knowledge of supporting multiple significant business critical technology implementations in a production context
- Experience in a production management role within financial services
- Demonstrable experience of global Equities market structure and workflows, including regulatory responsibilities, electronic trading workflows that support cash Equities and Listed Derivatives asset classes, including a solid understanding of algorithms
- Experience overseeing implementation and support of various technology platforms, including significant transformation projects and high profile strategic projects.
- Experienced leader, able to drive successful outcomes in an agile environment within financial services.
- Ability to objectively develop a production support roadmap, recommend and negotiate appropriate priorities across multiple stakeholder with conflicting priorities.
- Ability to identify and negotiate appropriate budget to support delivery requirements.
- Experience managing small to medium teams and facilitating positive outcomes in a large financial services organisation.
