• Good understanding and working experience of import and customs documentation and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Ability to manage deadlines and navigate challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Complete all associated import and export paperwork.
• Ensure data accuracy throughout the shipping process.
• Coordinate delivery bookings between freight forwarders and Distribution Centre.
