Responsibilities

• Support the customer service and logistics export team on compliance requirements.
• Work with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Train new staff on export procedures.
• Ensure supply chain maps are maintained.
• Manage technical shipping document compliance.
• Identify trade restrictions and legislation that may impact the business.
• Assist with commodity codes and registration of products.
• Manage and oversee projects related to export compliance.
