Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in Facilities Management.
  • Experience in managing a range of FM operations.
  • Experience in Contractor Management (Hard and Soft Services).
  • Health and Safety Knowledge (IOSH/NEBOSH) or willingness to learn.
  • Highly organised with a proven track record.
  • Demonstrates a proactive attitude towards maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day facility operations across global offices.
  • Act as the primary liaison with building management and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility assets and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with local HSE and security standards.
  • Assist in planning and executing global office moves and reconfigurations.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and physical security teams.
  • Help manage facilities‑related budgets and track expenses.
  • Deliver comprehensive building inductions for new starters.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date documentation in line with regulatory standards.
