A busy family in Chelsea is seeking a German-speaking Tutor to join their dynamic household – someone confident, smart, creative and engaging who can nurture the children’s language development, cognitive skills, and personal growth. They are looking for a Tutor who can match the children’s curiosity and potential with equal intellect, creativity, and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will blend care with an educational approach that both inspires and challenges, fostering a love for learning through thoughtful interaction and innovative teaching methods.

A driver is not required, but it is a bonus. A valid first aid qualification is a must.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM or 7:00 PM.

Up to 35 hours per week – room for flexibility depending on the candidate.

Duties
  • Guide both children’s intellectual, linguistic and personal development
  • Support and expand their German language skills through structured activities and natural conversation
  • Assist with early learning, homework, and exam preparation to build strong academic foundations
  • Collaborate with the housekeeper to maintain an organized space
  • Assist with school pickups, playdates, and plan age‑appropriate extracurricular activities
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the family about progress and milestones
