The Role

We are hiring French or German speaking Recruitment Consultants to manage full 360° recruitment across Europe, primarily Germany, France and Switzerland, focusing on the Energy and related sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle
  • Sourcing and selecting candidates via LinkedIn, CRM, social media, and job boards
  • Building and maintaining client relationships in the DACH region and France
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
  • Screening candidates and coordinating interviews
  • Posting job adverts and managing your professional presence on LinkedIn
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluent in German or French (plus English)
  • Previous 360 recruitment experience (any sector)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ambitious, competitive, and success-driven
  • Knowledge or strong interest in European/DACH, French business culture
Salary & Benefits

Base: £30,000 - £45,000 (negotiable)

Uncapped commission - OTE £50,000 - £100,000
