Protocol Education is working with secondary schools across Middlesbrough to recruit a Geography Teacher to deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across KS3 and KS4. This role is suitable for QTS-qualified teachers, ECTs, and experienced cover supervisors or teaching assistants with strong Geography subject knowledge.
Deliver engaging and well-structured Geography lessons.
Provide effective classroom cover when required.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students.
Maintain strong behaviour management and a positive learning environment.
Support students’ progress and curiosity about the world.
Holds QTS or has relevant classroom experience in Geography (teachers, cover supervisors, or TA cover).
Confident teaching Geography across KS3–KS4.
Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
Reliable, adaptable, and proactive.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
