A leading automotive retailer in Grantham is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead their sales team and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring effective customer service, and achieving KPI goals. We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join the management team at our Toyota Dealership in Grantham. The hours of work are 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a day off in the week. As well as working every other weekend, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, 10am to 5pm on Sundays. Basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE up to £80,000 plus benefits including a company car.
The successful individual will possess a positive, hands-on approach, with the ability to lead and motivate a developing sales team. You will be expected to achieve agreed sales targets for new and used cars, within defined operating and financial guidelines.
