Our client is looking for a professional and dedicated General Sales Manager to take up the role at our client's state of the art dealership based in the Devon area. You will support your team to sell new and used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and insurance, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration, ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives.

Role and Responsibilities
