We are looking for a General Practice Partner (or Director looking for the next step) to lead a portfolio of clients to deliver exceptional client service and innovative solutions. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, inspiring and developing team members, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
As a key leader, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of the firm, driving strategic initiatives, and contributing to Monahans\' mission of using our business as a force for good.
As a General Practice Partner, you will take ownership of key areas to drive success for both the firm and its clients:
You will have authority to sign off on routine accounts, tax returns, engagement letters, general advice, and quotes for new business (excluding specialist advice or matters related to audit and assurance). You will also be accountable for proactively managing your own and the team\'s WIP, fees, and lock-up targets.
