General Management Couple - Chef and Pub Manager - Coleford, Gloucestershire - c£55k plus bonus

Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a Management Couple for The Angel, Coleford, a stunning hotel / Traditional British Coaching Inn with 9 individually designed bedrooms, including several Deluxe rooms. The Angel Hotel is a 16th Century coaching inn with comfortable dining and drinking areas. The site is part of a successful Traditional Private Coaching Inn Group and benefits from extensive group-level support.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations for the site, driving business growth and opportunity.
  • Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments to ensure ongoing profitability and consistently excellent customer experience.
  • Work with a GM-led approach, with the potential for a Chef partner, to manage the busy hotel and kitchen operations.
  • Structure and implement food promotions, menus, and incentives; employ and train staff; and maintain high standards across all areas of the business.
  • Operate a high-demand kitchen and ensure high-quality food remains central to the guest experience.
