A leading restaurant chain in Greater London is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive performance. Your role includes ensuring the team meets KPIs related to sales and guest feedback while maintaining a positive environment. The right candidate will possess strong commercial awareness, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate. In your role as a General Manager the buck stops with you on the performance of your restaurant. You are responsible for the daily operations of your restaurant & team. We want you to meet all those KPIs we always talk about (Stock & Waste Management, Team Development, Labour, Conversion, SLC and Guest Feedback) while creating a positive working environment, where guest experience is consistently brilliant and making sure your team and restaurant are safe.
