We're looking for a General Manager for a fantastic community pub in Long Eaton. Salary up to £50,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Eaton Farm in Long Eaton and lead the team to success!

About the pub

The Eaton Farm is a popular community carvery located in Long Eaton, Nottingham.

Set in a great location surrounded by residential areas, the pub functions via a large, one-room operation that offers a popular carvery as well as a Marston’s Community menu.

The pub benefits from a good bar space as well as a large play area meaning the pub is very popular with a family demographic whilst still attracting a diverse age range, and is popular for occasion dining and large parties.

The pub is performing well and achieving weekly sales of around £30,000 split 70/30 in favour of food. Opportunity lies in being able to drive local activity and wet trade, as well as building strong local ties within the community.

There is a full senior team in place including 2 Assistant Managers, a Head Chef and 3 Supervisors.
