Overview

The Craft Beer Co, the original London Craft Beer led Pub Company established in 2009, is seeking a new General Pub Manager to run its new pub in Limehouse, The Clement Attlee. We are an independent business, owned 100% by two school friends from London. Our passion is hospitality, delivering real hospitality and warm, knowledgeable service, and creating a home away from home for our guests. You will be the captain of the ship and the leader of your pub, with opportunities to learn from experienced peers and grow within the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of The Clement Attlee, ensuring high standards of guest experience and hospitality.
• Foster a positive, knowledgeable, and energetic team environment aligned with the company’s values.
• Help curate the beer range and maintain the bar’s reputation for quality and service.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests and staff, delivering memorable experiences and resolving issues promptly.

• Experience: Required
• Employment: Full-time
• Schedule: 49 hours per week across 5 days
• Starting time: Immediate start

• Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 yearly
