General Manager Live Out - 45k plus up to 100% bonus. We’re looking for a General Manager for the Grantley Arms in Wonersh, near Guildford. This pub is a community pub with a strong local reputation for food and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations at the Grantley Arms, delivering premium hospitality and a people-focused service.
• Manage the food and menu direction with autonomy within a framework; tailor offers to guests and drive business growth.
• Decide on events and sales drivers, team uniform, recruitment, and marketing strategies.
• Recruit, develop and manage the team to ensure exceptional customer service.
