We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to lead our Vertu KIA Nottingham dealership.
As one of the largest Motor Retailers in the UK, Vertu Motors' continued success is based upon strong performance, growth, and leadership; this is especially true in our KIA Toyota Division.

We are looking for a talented leader who is driven to deliver performance through all departments without compromising an exemplary level of customer satisfaction, while being values‑aligned, customer‑centric, and goal‑driven. The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of integrity, passion and energy to lead and develop a winning team, and will be accountable for all aspects of the business, fostering a great working relationship with the brand and ensuring operational excellence.
People management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a healthy culture are essential. You will be aligned and central to the delivery of our policies and processes, and will ensure that current legislation, health and safety for customers and colleagues are prioritised.
We require previous experience as a General Manager within the motor retail sector, achieving excellence by delivering profit, customer‑centric and colleague results.
We are offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE of £100,000 depending upon experience, a company vehicle, and the opportunity to earn over‑performance bonuses.
