Overview

We’re recruiting a General Maintenance Worker to help make a difference in the lives of the people we support.

We are one of the leading providers of services to people with learning disabilities and/or autism on the Isle of Wight. You will perform a range of tasks from painting and decorating, to plumbing and general maintenance tasks. The ability to work well within a team is essential, as you will be working alongside the maintenance team to maintain our Residential and Outreach properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to drive since we have locations across the Isle of Wight.

The current working hours are 40 hours per week, with the usual pattern being 8:30am to 4:30pm weekdays. You will also be required to work on-call, on a rota basis.
