Cover Supervisors & Unqualified Teachers

Location: Rugby & Surrounding Areas

Rate: 120 - 200 per day

Clarence Recruitment is seeking General Cover Supervisors and Unqualified Teachers to support a range of secondary schools across the Rugby area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience working with young people aged 11-16 and a good understanding of the National Curriculum.

About the Role

We are currently experiencing a high demand for flexible, part-time, and full-time cover supervisors to provide classroom supervision in the absence of the class teacher. As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4.
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure pupils remain engaged in learning.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
  • Provide vital support to schools across the region during staff absence.

This role is ideal for individuals considering a future in teaching and wanting to gain valuable school-based experience before beginning a PGCE, SCITT, or School Direct programme.
