Overview

Gas Technician

37 hours per week, based in Preston

£36,924.44 per annum (£19.29ph)

Plus call out and standby payments

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Gateway Property Care team, a range of skilled trades people who carry out planned and responsive maintenance to our housing stock.
• Provide a comprehensive gas service including breakdown and maintenance within tenants' homes and leaseholder premises in accordance with the relevant regulations, standards and departmental procedures.

Requirements

• Experience of gas repairs, installs and servicing, and the associated paperwork in line with Gas Safe regulations.
• Full manual driving licence as you will travel across Preston using one of our company vans.
• NVQ Level 2 in Gas / Plumbing or equivalent, plus CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1, CKR1.
• Great communication skills combined with a flexible ‘can do' attitude to ensure customers receive the best possible service.
