Job Title: Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer
Location: Oxford
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + Van + Fuel Card + Benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected social housing provider who are actively seeking an experienced and motivated Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer to cover the Oxford area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out gas boiler servicing, fault-finding, and emergency breakdown repairs in domestic social housing properties
  • Diagnose and repair a variety of heating and hot water system faults
  • Ensure all work complies with current Gas Safe regulations and H&S standards
  • Maintain professional communication with tenants and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Accurately complete service records and job sheets using a PDA or mobile system
Requirements
  • Valid ACS Gas Qualifications
  • Proven experience in gas servicing and breakdowns, ideally in social housing
  • Strong diagnostics skills and ability to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
