Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out expert garden maintenance including lawns, hedges, borders, irrigation, terraces, and pathways.
• Pruning, shaping, and training plants, from perennials to orchard trees.
• Supporting the development of landscapes by adding new planting and refreshing existing schemes.
• Building positive relationships with clients and offering guidance on garden care.
• Assisting with the training and mentoring of junior gardeners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in garden maintenance or horticulture.
• Good knowledge of plants and garden care techniques.
• Horticulture qualification at Level 2 or higher (preferred).
• UK driving licence (essential).

• Excellent plant knowledge and practical skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to work well with clients, colleagues, and designers.
