Full Time Support Worker – Nights

We are currently seeking support workers to join our dedicated team providing waking night support to clients, some with complex needs, across the Leeds area. Caring, patient, and respectful of others.

Responsibilities
  • Personal care: assisting with toileting, dressing, showering, hair and nail care, and catheter care.
  • Supporting daily exercises where needed.
  • Light domestic tasks to maintain a clean, organized environment.
  • Preparing simple meals/snacks to clients' preferences.
  • Responding to client needs overnight and respecting their space and privacy.
  • Following care plans and instructions carefully.
Qualifications
  • A good listener and communicator.
  • Able to follow instructions, routines, and procedures.
  • Able to work independently but also as part of a wider care team.
  • Physically fit and able to support clients with varying mobility.
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to get to shifts across Leeds (including on weekends and bank holidays).
  • Willing to undertake training and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Being a driver or having access to your own vehicle is not essential, but it is an advantage.

The successful candidate will have a valid right to work in the UK.
