Overview

A warm, down-to-earth family is seeking a nurturing, flexible, and experienced full-time nanny to support them with their newborn baby. They value calm confidence and a child-led ethos in parenting, and are looking for a nanny who can complement their gentle, intuitive approach.

Responsibilities
  • Full-time position with flexible daytime hours across 5 days per week, with flexibility depending on the family’s schedule
  • Occasional overnight stays provided with comfortable accommodation
  • During quieter periods, adapt to reduced needs while remaining available for shifts as required
  • Support when one parent is away due to travel, maintaining high reliability and discretion
The Ideal Candidate
  • Highly experienced with newborns and confident supporting first-time parents
  • Gentle, holistic, and respectful in approach; familiar with or open to child-led routines, breastfeeding support, and natural/alternative therapies
  • Montessori knowledge and/or training is desirable
  • Calm, grounded, and able to slot into a close-knit family unit
  • Proactive and discreet, with emotional intelligence to know when to step in and when to step back
  • A driver is essential
