Overview

Christian Dior Couture invites you to join the Dior family and share the passion for luxury. We seek a Sales Associate with luxury sales expertise to become a specialist in Dior couture.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and advise customers with the highest standard of service at all times.
• Develop loyalty by building 1‑2‑1 personal shopper relationships.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and stay aware of current advertising, new launches and promotions.
• Introduce add‑on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with targets.
• Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of sales targets and boutique performance daily and weekly.
• Follow all stock management procedures.
• Support the team to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and display.
• Use selling systems, cash, credit and exchange procedures.
• Take all actions necessary to maximize security and prevent theft.
• Operate the Department in accordance with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
• Participate in team meetings and make a positive contribution.
• Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work full‑time 40 hours per week with Monday to Sunday flexibility.
• Previous experience within luxury fashion.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• An existing client book (preferred).
• A passion for Christian Dior and our collections.
• Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
