Role Overview

As a Full-Time Cleaner at Novo Gyms, you will play an essential role in creating a safe, spotless, and welcoming space for our members.

Your work helps maintain the high standards of hygiene and presentation our gym community expects—especially within our signature recovery areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout all gym areas, including training zones, change rooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitisation of the recovery zone, including:
  • Sauna
  • Steam room
  • Resting and cooling areas
• Clean and maintain waste drains to ensure proper hygiene and safe water flow.
• Refill cleaning supplies, hygiene products, and restocking stations as needed.
• Monitor cleanliness standards during operating hours and respond promptly to any issues.
• Work collaboratively with the gym team to uphold Novo Gyms’ cleanliness and safety standards.
