Role: Lead the in-store Fulfilment Operations Team in Bristol, known as a "Team Leader" at IKEA, to ensure excellent daily operations, team development, and achievement of business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach the fulfilment team, assigning duties and communicating objectives.
  • Ensure efficient daily operations, high goods availability, and cost control.
