Job summary

A global provider of private wealth services is seeking an administrator for a fixed-term role in Scotland. The successful candidate will support the management of complex structures for ultra-high net worth clients, involving various tasks from payment processing to compliance reviews.   • Contributing to regular client file reviews.

This fixed-term opportunity offers the chance to support a reputable global provider of private wealth services for an 8-month period, working within a high-performing team. The role focuses on the day-to-day administration of complex structures for ultra-high net worth clients, with exposure to a diverse portfolio of trusts, companies, and investment vehicles.

Location
Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the delivery of efficient and timely administration services to a varied client base.
  • Supporting the management of complex trust and company structures, including those involving private equity, tech start-ups, and property portfolios.
  • Processing payments, distributions, fee settlements, and third-party invoices.
  • Drafting fee amendment notices and preparing regulatory filings such as annual validations and tax returns.
  • Maintaining accurate records within NAV One and completing internal compliance checklists.
  • Contributing to regular client file reviews to ensure compliance with local regulation and internal policies.
  • Tracking and completing follow-up actions to support the broader administration process.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years\' experience in trust and company administration and be qualified or studying towards a relevant qualification such as STEP, CGI, ACCA or ACA. Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with complex structures and is looking to develop their technical expertise further.
