Job description

Our client is a leading company that specialise within the automobile travel industry. They are currently looking for an experienced French speaking Sales Representative to join their friendly and supportive team based in London.

This role is 6 months FTC with opportunity to be extended or become permanent after 6 months, with great opportunity to develop and gain experience in an exciting industry. They are offering a hybrid scheme working 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and selling travel packages as well as upselling across the French market.
  • Ensuring that all enquiries via telephone, email and chat are being responded to in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining client/customer satisfaction.
  • Working closely and cooperatively with other departments of the company and attending events abroad.
  • Hitting your targets and keep up with the KPIs.
About you

The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in French as you will be dealing with a variety of customers. As a French speaking Sales Representative, you will become part of a diverse, friendly and motivated team within a fast-growing multinational organisation.
