Overview

We have a month-long requirement for a temporary site manager to assist the Senior Site Manager on a residential development on the outskirts of Swindon commencing mid-October. The company is a prominent UK social enterprise that oversees a quarter of a million residences across the UK, creating significant positive community impact.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the site manager in coordinating trades, labour and materials to ensure the project stays on schedule and meets quality standards.
  • Help to implement and enforce health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation and ensuring work is carried out according to risk assessments and method statements.
  • Support the management of project budgets and prepare work schedules to meet deadlines and financial targets.
  • Work with the site manager to control and coordinate subcontractors, providing information and handling any issues that arise.
  • Ensure the delivered product meets the company\'s high standards and maintains a pride in presentation.
  • Liaise with customers and the sales team to ensure high customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints.
  • Be prepared to take on the responsibilities of the site manager when required.
