Job responsibilities of the Freelance Site Manager:

• Day-to-day management of site operations across multiple occupied properties. Decarbonisation, solar, energy, EWI
• Managing subcontractors and direct labour
• Ensure all H&S is adhered to and in line with regulations
• Programme management and reporting against milestones
• Work closely with retrofit coordinators

Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:

• Experience in social housing/ retrofit decarbonisation
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Day rate
• Weekly pay on a Friday
