Freelance Site Manager

Salary: Negotiable day rate

Location: SE6 - Catford, Greater London

Region: London

Overview

A small privately owned residential developer is looking for a Freelance Site Manager to deliver projects in the Catford area.

Responsibilities

• Manage two projects running concurrently: a 4-unit traditional build scheme and a 9-unit development over 4 floors constructed by RC Frame.
• Ensure on-site activities are completed within budget and programme.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines on site.
• Provide on-site leadership as the Site Manager for the projects.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering new build residential schemes, including RC frames.
• Experience working for small developers rather than large PLCs.
• Black CSCS Card.
• First Aid certificate.
• Computer literate and able to add value to the project.

Contract details

8+ month contract. The projects are due to run until the end of the year with potential to extend into future schemes.
