Role Summary

We are seeking an expert IBM Maximo Consultant to support client demos, solution walkthroughs, and advisory input across asset management use cases. The consultant will act as a subject‑matter expert, helping shape solution narratives, demonstrate platform capabilities, and advise on best‑practice Maximo implementations.

Requirements

• Lead and deliver client‑facing IBM Maximo demos (technical and functional)
• Translate business requirements into Maximo solution designs
• Advise on Maximo modules (Asset, Work, Inventory, Preventive Maintenance, etc.)
• Support pre‑sales, solution validation, and technical Q&A
• Provide recommendations on configuration, integration, and deployment approaches
• Collaborate with delivery and architecture teams on solution positioning

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with IBM Maximo (7.x / MAS preferred)
• Proven background in client demos and stakeholder presentations
• Deep understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes
• Experience across utilities, transport, facilities, or public sector environments
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences

Desirable

• Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS), Mobile, or Scheduler
• Integration exposure (APIs, ESB, GIS, ERP)
• Prior involvement in pre‑sales or bid support
