FP&A Manager — Hybrid - North West (2 days per week). Competitive Salary + Benefits.
Role and Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Finance Director, take ownership of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to deliver insight and control for growth.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, develop and maintain robust financial models, and provide actionable analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Lead the end-to-end budgeting, reforecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Deliver insightful management information and KPI reporting to senior leadership and investors.
- Partner with operational and clinical leaders to interpret performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and enhance financial models to support decision-making, scenario planning, and investment appraisal.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, data integrity, and business intelligence tools.
- Support strategic projects including new service launches, M&A activity, and integration initiatives.
- Manage and develop a small team, fostering a culture of commercial curiosity and analytical excellence.
About You
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong FP&A experience in a growth or multi-site environment.
- Exposure to, or understanding of, the healthcare sector such as private medical, clinical services, or health tech is highly advantageous.
- Commercially astute with the ability to influence at senior level and challenge constructively.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability; experience with Power BI or similar tools desirable.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for insight, performance improvement, and business partnering.
