FP&A Manager
Salary: £75,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to step into a newly created FP&A Manager role. This position is highly commercial, with around 75% of your time focused on FP&A (forecasting, analysis, modelling) and 25% on month-end reporting. You'll be at the heart of driving business performance, with a particular focus on sales, commercials, and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead forecasting and financial modelling across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
  • Provide insightful analysis to senior stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Partner with sales and commercial teams to drive performance and profitability
  • Deliver cash flow forecasting and scenario planning
  • Support month-end reporting and align results with forecasts
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA), 2+ years PQE
  • Strong FP&A and financial modelling skills
  • Advanced Excel user with the ability to build/refine complex models
  • Commercially minded and confident working with senior non-finance stakeholders
  • Proactive and adaptable with strong analytical skills
  • Discretionary bonus (paid twice annually)
