The role involves monthly reporting, supporting the CFO, and requires strong analytical and commercial skills. We're looking for a finance manager, who ideally has a background in the brokerage space or from a fast‑paced financial services background. This is a very hands on role, that has elements of monthly reporting but also requires you to be very analytical & commercial.
You will be integral to the finance function and be the first line of support for the CFO.

The business offers the usual broking services and products but is always looking at new ways to grow and diversify. Revenue is forecasted to double over the next five years, which illustrates the owners' ambitions to be a major player in this market.
You will work closely with the CFO, to drive the FP&A piece for the future and look at competitor analysis to assist with future decisions.
The business likes new hires to be predominantly office based while they get up to speed and then you will be in the office 3 days per week with remaining two at home.
This finance manager opportunity in London will pay a salary in the region of £80k £90k, depending on your experience and industry background, as well as offering a competitive bonus.
We have a preference for candidates on no more than 4 weeks' notice but if you hit all the requirements then we might be able to wait.
